Neurofunctional Pain Management
Traditional Medicare (Red/White/Blue card) covers 80%, if patient also has supplemental plan, typically 100% of treatment is covered Commercial Insurance can cover (benefits vary), but we follow a cash pay, super-bill model. So patient pays cash up front and we provide a super-bill for reimbursement.
It is similar, yet very different. Our Neuromed, FDA cleared device functions 40x the strength of a TENS, allowing for deeper penetration and communicating within the body’s own electrical system.
Every person is different, and perception of pain is not universal of thousands of people treated nationwide, 85% of patients treated have a 50% or greater decrease in their pain! This is a successful standard per certified pain doctor metrics.
Most patients feel at least 1-2 hours of some relief after the first treatment, but do not feel consistent improvement until 2-3 weeks of receiving treatment.
This is also variable to each person, ranging from 3 months to 1 year, to never needing it again. Because our treatment is FDA cleared, safe to use, and drug free there are no limitations to treatment numbers per year!
For each visit, after obtaining vital signs, small sponges and pads will be placed around your pain location, then begins the hour of treatment of electroanalgesia. For IV therapy visits this is done in conjunction with electroanaglesia. Visits range from 60 - 90 minutes in duration.
Neurassage
Because the electrical current is closed looped, the client rarely feels anything other than a slight buzz where the ground pad is located. It is the provider that feels the majority of the electrical current, by design to know where to direct energy to treat inflammation.
Similar to NFPM, it can be covered by insurance, most easily coupled with NFPM treatment.
Much like a massage, a client would be lying on a massage table and receiving touch therapy in various places of discomfort, can be focused in location or full body.
This treatment can be mobile as well, pricing will change dependent upon this.
